The original canvas was incorrect but it was addressed and replaced quickly. The product is great, my fifth painting! Everything is included and you feel like Van Gogh when you are done! I couldn’t be happier with the process and the final result- highly recommend!

I have been painting these custom pictures for sometime and I find that they are very true to the photo sent. My grandson's family (6 children) all have their photos now finished and they love them. This is my second customized paint-by-number and I love it. Painting portraits that are personal becomes so intimate. As I see the picture come alive and result in a painting that can be displayed in my home is amazing. Everyone that has seen my paintings can't believe that these are paint-by-numbers and even more amazed that these were created from a picture. I am very pleased with the process and outcome. I have 3 Grand-Daughters who enjoy all aspects of arts. Each of the special in there own way have developed an eye for color interest in painting. They are 9, 6, and 3. Eye hand coordination and color, horizon lines and imagination have been so very noticeable and has awoken the urge to paint and create weather by free form, by number or by suggestion.

Loved the print...It really is good...but sometimes would like the colors to be a bit more like the photo but it wasn't bad at all...really. The good thing is when you stand back a ways you can see...the "boys" look like themselves...really.

What a fantastic experience! I have never done a PBN and I believe I may be hooked!! I really loved the way my photo was interpreted, with highlight colours and the arty effects. I’ve been keeping my friends/family posted on Facebook with pics of stages and they’re loving it too. It’s been a fabulous activity to indulge in during COVID-19 isolation.

I appreciate that there seems to e lots of paint and also brushes both small and big. I will however wish to have my next order be framed on stretcher bars as the canvas had a few wrinkles in it. Would also like to be able to order a larger canvas but there only seems to be one size. Any chance of offering larger canvases?

This was probably not the best custom I could have chosen. Many trees and greens etc., But I persevered and added my own interpretation of the (blackish) sides of the canvas. I just added more trees and greenery and it came out better than I anticipated. Once again Max Novelty has come up to the challenge.

I sent them a screen shot of a picture that I zoomed in on using my phone so it wasn't a super crisp, sharp picture. I think it turned out awesome! I had to take a little liberty on some colors as they were too alike right next to each other in some areas of his face, but I'm super happy with it.

I am thrilled with the paint-by-number. The quality is great. I am not even half done with the painting and it looks so much like the original photo. I am thrilled with how well it is turning out. The original photo was a picture that I had taken of my four grandchildren and the painting looks so much like them. I am sure that I will be doing another one in the future.

The first time they had to redo the canvas as they cut off the top of dad's head. They quickly fixed and replaced it with this one. The only thing I would say is that they should have better quality control up front, it would save the company money and would keep customers from being frustrated. I did not have a deadline to complete this one but if I had it would have been a bust. On the flip side, quick response to my concern and quick turn around getting a replacement canvas!!
